Year 2 Mini Olympics

To celebrate our new IPC topic ‘Raising the Torch’, Year 2 went to Hurlingham Park to take part in our own mini-Olympics.

We designed our own Olympic flags to represent our house teams and paraded them around the park.

We then played different Olympic games like hurdles, shot put, javelin and relay race.

We learnt a lot about team work and what it means to be a good team player.

    Rio 2016 may be a bit soon for you to enter – how about training for Beijing 2022 !?
